To attract learners to the platform and provide value to them, a lesson volume discount was added that enables teachers to offer more sessions at a lower price and bulk bookings at discounted pricing.
Advanced Calendar Booking & Checkout Flow Updates
To create a smoother user experience, our team introduced a direct slot booking flow to improve the checkout process. These enhancements minimized booking steps and ensured a consistent experience across the platform.
Note: Booking flow was implemented on the teacher listing and teacher detail pages as well.
Lessonspace Join Before Provision
To help teachers prepare effectively, we added a provision that allows the teachers to join the Lessonspace 15 minutes before the session begins. This gives them time to review materials, set up resources, and get ready for the lesson.
System-Level Messaging Restrictions
To ensure safety and privacy, system-level messaging was customized for the platform. It lets users communicate seamlessly without exchanging contact information.
Instant Messaging Notifications
Real-time messaging functionality was added to keep the users updated about the important conversations. This enables users to receive instant on-screen pop-up notifications without refreshing the page, even while browsing other tabs.
MUX API Integration for Courses
To improve video management, the MUX API was integrated. It enables tutors to upload and manage videos while preserving the existing course workflow. At the same time, it supports in-chat video preview and playback.
Multiple File Selection
To make the communication more efficient, the messaging module was enhanced to support sharing up to 15 files in a single conversation, with a file size limit of 50 MB per file.
Subscription Plan Module
A subscription module was customized that enables admins to create and manage lesson-based packages with custom pricing, lesson counts, durations, and renewal cycles. In addition to that, for learners, features like auto-renewal, expiry notifications, prorated refunds, and seamless lessons were also customized.
